Implementation of a wireless communication laboratory for the teaching
The Institute for Communications Technology is looking for a student assistant for the implementation of a radio communication laboratory. This laboratory should help the students in the comprehension of different topics taught in different lectures at the IfN.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of communication system fundamentals (ideally by the attendance to the lectures held at the IfN)
- Knowledge of MATLAB programming
The job comprises 40 h per month and it is planned to last some months.

The build-up of a Digital Geographical Map
In the framework of the research project "WiMAX Pilot in Niedersachsen", the department of Mobile Radio Systems at the IfN is looking for a Hiwi, for the build-up of Digital Geographical Maps with housing/building information at the German town Hetzwege/ Abbendorf in the district of Rotenburg (Wümme). The task is to carry out building height measurements and later to assist in the wave propagation measurement on site.
Requirements:
- Driving License
- Knowledge in MATLAB

Betreuung des Praktikums für Nachrichtentechnik
Für das Praktikum für Nachrichtentechnik (7. Semester) sowie für das Übersichtspraktikum Elektrotechnik (5. Semester) im Wintersemester 2009/2010 werden noch mehrere studentische Hilfskräfte (m/w) als Betreuer gesucht.
Anforderungen:
- Erfolgreiche Teilnahme an den Praktika
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
Die Stelle ist auf 30h ausgelegt. Bei Interesse oder Fragen kommt einfach vorbei.
